After the trade fair is before the trade fair: The team from ensutec Products GmbH recently presented its airmatic technology at the PaintExpo in Karlsruhe with great success. In a few days, the company will be at 14th ProHolzfenster Congress in Essen and will also present its highly innovative airmatic atomization optimization Imagine: With this system, painting work is demonstrably more successful – while saving paint at the same time.
The Westphalian entrepreneur Christian Michels has in his Michels-Fenster-Türen GmbH &. Co. KG in Rheda-Wiedenbrück has been using the airmatic atomization optimization system for two years. His assessment is clear: "From an economic perspective, there is hardly any overspray anymore. This benefits the significantly lower paint consumption as well as cleanliness and overall maintenance, especially when it comes to the spray booth."
ensutec Managing Director Thomas Mayer explains the technology he developed, which is protected by several patents, as follows: "When painting – whether in the automotive or aircraft industry, in the manufacture of wood, plastic, and leather products, or even in the food industry – paint is sprayed with compressed air. To put it very simply, I applied electricity to the compressed air: This makes the tiny paint droplets even smaller when sprayed and spreads much better. This not only ensures an optimized painting result, but also saves ten to twenty percent of the paint."
Whether you are coating flat kitchen components or complex furniture or shop components, whether you are manufacturing individual products or producing them in series, whether you are impregnating, filling or painting, whether you are using adhesive application or choosing a high-gloss finish with a primer and top coat: airmatic technology always offers the optimal solution!
If you would like to learn more or have any questions, we look forward to meeting you at the ProHolzfenster Congress on April 25 and 26 in Essen!
