PaintExpo 2024: ensutec presents the airmatic atomization optimization

Now it is almost time: In two days the PaintExpo 2024 in Karlsruhe! ensutec Products GmbH is there (Hall 1 Stand 1512) and will be presenting its airmatic atomization optimization from April 9th to 12th! The device, which can be easily integrated into any existing application technology, is available in two versions:

The basic model is equally suitable for small paint shops as well as for industrial automated painting and robotic systems. Simply put, it works like this: A specially developed high-voltage unit (EMP unit) directs the atomizing air through a neutral electric field. This ionization ensures a more homogeneous paint spray: The droplet size is more uniform, and a wider spray pattern also increases application efficiency. This interaction results in, among other things, a significant reduction in overspray.

In the premium model The basic equipment is supplemented by components that offer advantages especially in high-quality and sensitive painting processes such as in the K&L area or in automated application processes: A Air conditioning the Atomizing air ensures that the compressed air is heated or cooled. This ensures a consistently high surface quality – regardless of changing outside temperatures. The premium model also features a Fault reporting functionswhich can also be used for process monitoring via potential outputs.

ensutec CEO Thomas Mayer will, of course, be present at PaintExpo. He has developed the innovative airmatic technology, which has a recognizable Quality improvement in the painting area enables – while simultaneously Cost reduction in the areas of paint, compressed air and timeThe airmatic technology has been proven to reduce overspray and dirt and ensure a better surface finish, while significantly reducing paint consumption. The spray pattern is more uniform, and particle/pigment alignment is optimized, resulting in a glossier, fuller clear coat surface. Material efficiency—at least 10 percent—has been proven time and time again.

The ensutec Products GmbH produces and distributes airmatic atomization optimization in Andelfingen, Swabia. More than 1,500 units have been launched to date: They are used in the paint and varnish sector, as well as in wood and glass companies, as well as in industrial painting, both manual and automatic, and in robotic systems.

If you have any questions about the innovative airmatic technology, please feel free to visit: Hall 1 Stand 1512 – the ensutec team looks forward to meeting you!
