ensutec GmbH continues its successful course: The Swabian technology company has now launched the first devices of its innovative airmatic atomization optimization delivered by air freight to India. The recipient is Yamaha Music India Pvt. Ltd., which wants to further optimize the finish of its musical instruments with the airmatic technology.
"The sale of our systems to India is an important step for ensutec GmbH, and it also demonstrates the trust that international companies have in our technology," says Thomas Mayer. The managing director of ensutec GmbH developed the airmatic technology a good ten years ago and secured it with several patents. The devices, which he manufactures in Langenenslingen in Baden-Württemberg, are now used in hundreds of paint shops across Europe, including in the automotive, aircraft, wood and food industries.
Founded in 2008, Yamaha Music India Pvt. Ltd. is part of the global Yamaha Corporation and is based in the metropolis of Chennai. The company manufactures a wide range of musical instruments as well as pro audio and audio-visual equipment. It places great emphasis on precision and aesthetics in the painting of its instruments in order to ensure their longevity.

"Our airmatic technology enables manufacturers to optimize their production processes while integrating environmentally friendly practices - a goal that we are pursuing together with Yamaha," says Thomas Mayer. The ensutec devices, which can be easily integrated into any existing application technology, have been proven to significantly improve quality in the painting area while reducing paint, compressed air and time costs.
Put simply, it works like this: A specially developed high-voltage unit (EMP unit) guides the atomizing air through a neutral electrical field, which leads to a more homogeneous formation of the paint jet. This optimizes the particle and pigment alignment so that the clear coat surface appears shinier and richer. In addition, a material efficiency of at least 10 percent is achieved.
To India, ensutec is supplying equipment for two painting lines to which twelve spray guns can be connected at the same time. "I am proud that our airmatic technology is now also being used in the production of Yamaha musical instruments to support their high quality standards," says Thomas Mayer. "This order underlines our commitment to innovation and quality - values that are paramount for both us and Yamaha."
