Our new hall - an investment in the future

The new headquarters of ensutec Products GmbH in Langenenslingen.

Arrived! The new headquarters of the technology company ensutec Products GmbH is finished. The production and administration employees have moved and started work at the new location in Langenenslingen. Most recently, the company logo was attached in large format to the hall wall. “We are delighted on the personal encounters with customers and partners in our new premises," says ensutec Managing Director Thomas Mayer. The new building was also made possible by funding from the state of Baden-Württemberg and the EEuropean Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

The new production hall has a production area of more than 1,800 m2 , plus office space of around 300 m2: Here, on the outskirts of the municipality of Langenenslingen, the innovative airmatic devices are now manufactured. It is Green Tec Made in Germany: The multi-patented airmatic technology for painting systems demonstrably saves resources and energy while increasing the quality of the surfaces of a wide variety of materials.

The advantages of airmatic atomization optimization are scientifically proven. The airmatic technology was investigated as part of a project funded by the German Federal Foundation for the Environment (DBU): compressed air is brought to the optimum painting temperature during the painting process and passed through a neutral electrical field via the specially developed high-voltage unit (EMP unit). As a result, the measurements showed a significant saving in paint; at the same time, over 10 percent more paint was applied to the surfaces thanks to the more uniform and neutral droplets.

The scientific results convinced both the state of Baden-Württemberg and the European Union:

With the conveyor line "Top in the country! Technology leader for Baden-Württemberg" The country supports small and medium-sized enterprises in rural areas that demonstrate the potential to become technological leaders because they have the ability to innovate and have strong technological expertise.

ensutec Products GmbH's airmatic technology has been widely recognized, and the company's new building project has received funding from both the state and the EU. “We are proud and really happy that our airmatic technology is continuing to grow,” says company boss Thomas Mayer. The new hall is an investment in the future: the new premises will provide “plenty of space for innovative developments, forward-looking ideas and exciting projects”.
