PPG und ensutec

Creative, committed, forward-looking – characteristics that describe the paint manufacturer PPG and ensutec Products GmbH equally. Now the innovative companies have joined forces and are making the revolutionary airmatic atomization optimization available to the paint manufacturer's partner companies.

“We are absolutely thrilled about our future-oriented collaboration with ensutec Products GmbH: The company is a real innovator and offers convincing solutions that perfectly complement our focus – to provide our partner companies with the best possible support in safe and economical repairs!” explains Thomas Grebe, Product Manager PPG, and adds: "I have also come to know Thomas Mayer as a creative, committed and competent developer who always wants to get the most out of his ideas - just like we do at PPG."

A praise that Thomas Mayer, sole shareholder and managing director of ensutec Products GmbH from Altheim in Upper Swabia, is happy to give back - he too is more than pleased with the new partnership: "Highly qualified, reliable and communicative on an equal footing - PPG is a partner with whom we are very happy to cooperate. I also value Thomas Grebe as an open, serious person. And together with Business Manager Jochen Kleemann, we were able to work out an attractive solution for our common market in a competent round of negotiations. I am extremely satisfied with the cooperation so far and am already looking forward to a shared future!"

PPG and ensutec: Two that fit together perfectly

Two companies that fit together perfectly and have their eyes firmly on the future – the cooperation between PPG and ensutec opens up new, innovative possibilities for bodywork and paint shops as well as the entire industry – for example in the form of the revolutionary airmatic atomization optimization: This is a real innovation and ensures greater efficiency in the workshop.

The airmatic atomization system.

But what exactly is "airmatic"? "The airmatic is a completely new, state-of-the-art technology for compressed air preparation," explains Thomas Mayer. "To put it simply, the airmatic system optimizes the compressed air preparation in the spray booth, which brings with it numerous advantages."

For example, airmatic ensures a more even application of paint, reduces material usage by up to 20 percent, reduces compressed air consumption and minimizes overspray. Other advantages include faster drying, fewer defects caused by dust inclusions and dirt, less rework, lower energy costs and more. The clever system can also be adapted to individual companies and quickly and easily integrated into company technology and work processes.

“We are more than impressed by the revolutionary technology”

"What sounds like it's too good to be true is actually true," says Thomas Grebe. "We have meticulously examined and confirmed these and other advantages in numerous tests in our training centers and in partner workshops. Our technician Roger Hengst played through all eventualities and put the system through its paces. Then we put it to the test in everyday life. The result: All bodywork and paint shops that took part in the series of tests don't want to give up the airmatic technology - a big compliment to Thomas Mayer and his company. We are more than impressed with this revolutionary technology and our new cooperation partner and are absolutely certain that our partner workshops will see it the same way - no doubt about it."

The original airmatic atomization optimization is available in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Scandinavia – exclusively through the cooperation partners PPG and ensutec.
