airmatic Revolution – the revolution in the paint booth

“We have the original! It is a real technological innovation that will fundamentally change the market.” With confident words, Thomas Mayer presents his device “airmatic revolution“, which significantly increases process reliability in the paint booths, enables enormous increases in capacity and demonstrably reduces costs considerably.

Thomas Mayer is the managing partner of ensutec Products GmbH in Altheim, Swabia. With his clear statement - "We offer the original" - he is reacting to a presentation by Akzo Nobel: In November, the company presented its "Paint Perform Air" device, which supposedly has a "unique technology" and is supposed to make the processes in the paint booths faster, safer and more profitable.

"What Akzo Nobel presented as a new product is something we have had for a long time," says Mayer. His company has already installed the "airmatic revolution", which is equipped with a patent-pending technology, in many paint shops and has received nothing but positive feedback.

"The starting point for our innovation was the realization that process reliability in the paint booths is impaired by constantly changing climatic conditions," says Mayer. Booth air usually has to be laboriously humidified with demineralized water, which causes high investment and energy costs - while at the same time increasing the risk of germs. "This means that an optimal painting result can only be achieved with relatively great effort."

With the "airmatic-Revolution" device, ensutec Products GmbH offers a unique and sustainable solution to make the cost-intensive working conditions more cost-effective and at the same time optimize the painting result: In the device, the compressed air is mixed with an additive developed by Mayer ("femaBlue 2901") and heated in the hose on the way to the spray gun. This works with moisture-curing solvent paint systems as well as air-drying paint systems. The effect has now been tested and confirmed many times:

"In paint booths where our device is used, the technical booth air humidification can be switched off. With the "airmatic revolution" we ensure consistent process reliability all year round. This in turn enables painting quality at the highest level, while at the same time saving 10 to 20 percent of paint." Another advantage of the ensutec system: Since the compressed air is heated in the hose, the paint dries much faster. The advantage is obvious: "The significantly shortened drying times ensure a significant increase in capacity in the paint booths, in some cases by up to 50 percent!"
