According to the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation (IPA), 50 to 70 percent of the total energy used to manufacture products is used for painting. Up to 15 percent of painting costs are energy costs.

In order to reduce this, ensutec developed the airmatic technology more than ten years ago: It can save 15 to 30 percent of the compressed air energy required in painting.

At the same time, our technologies make it possible to save up to 100 percent of furnace energy.
