The ensutec Products GmbH has the In cooperation with Esslingen University of Applied Sciences and Lothar Bix GmbH, the effect of airmatic atomization optimization was scientifically investigated. The project was supported by the German Federal Environmental Foundation. The results of the study can be summarized as follows:
All in all, the use of airmatic atomization optimization results in a broadening of the dynamic spray pattern as well as a significant increase in application efficiency. The use of EMP technology alone can achieve potential paint savings of 5 to 15 percent!

About us
A Swabian think tank
With its innovative systems, ensutec Products GmbH ensures that painting companies can significantly reduce their material costs and at the same time achieve much better painting results. Company owner Thomas Mayer has protected the airmatic technology with several patents, patent applications and utility models.
For many years, the company was headquartered in the Swabian municipality of Altheim. In the meantime, a new production site with an office wing has been built in the neighboring town of Andelfingen. The project was supported by the state of Baden-Württemberg via the funding program “Spitze auf dem Land - Technologieführer für Baden-Württemberg” and by the European Union via the European Regional Development Fund.
When the funding was awarded in fall 2019, Thomas Mayer and his innovative company were one of eleven companies in Baden-Württemberg and the only company in the district of Biberach to receive funding.
“Reduce painting costs and increase quality at the same time!” This is and remains the guiding principle of the Swabian think tank.
